Although this organization has members who are University of Virginia Students and mat have University employees associated or engaged in its activities and affairs, the organization is not a part of or an agency of the University. It is a separate and independent organization which is responsible for and manages its own activities and affairs. The university does not direct, supervise, or control the organization and is not responsible for the organization's contracts, acts, or omissions.

Update: hereBorder patrol stopped him and apparently Arizona police tazed him. Also, it's constitutional to stop cars near the border to stop illegal immigration.
"The U.S. Border Patrol asked the Arizona Department of Public Safety to assist their Officers with a combative motorist who refused to cooperate at a checkpoint in the westbound lanes of Interstate 8. Steven L. Anderson, the combative motorist, was arrested by a DPS Officer for resisting a lawful order during the incident and booked into the Yuma County Jail."
