Is the Pledge of Allegiance unconstitutional?

Does the government have a responsibility to differently-abled citizens?

Do illegal immigrants have rights under US Law?

...and what about those being held in Guantanamo?

The "under God" part of the pledge of allegiance goes against the bit about freedom of religion in the first amendment to the constitution. It's funny, the pledge didn't always have that in it, the "under God" was added mid-20th century to separate us from what we called the godless Communists of the world.
